Open gym is for athletes and stunt groups who would like to come and train or work on skills. It is supervised, however, it is NOT instructed like a tumble class would be. Instructors are on site to help all athletes as needed.
ALL athletes must pre register for Open Gym prior to attending. No walk ins will be permitted.
If this is your first time coming to the facility, please make sure you bring a completed, signed copy of our Waiver Form.
Attire: Comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes
Fridays ~ 5:30-8:00pm **ALL YEAR ROUND**
Registration opens on Sunday evenings.
OPEN GYM WILL RESUME IN JUNE!
If there is not a link below to register for Open Gym, it means it won’t be taking place on Friday!

Non Team-Members = $15.00
Stingray Members (athletes on competitive teams for the 25-26 season) = Free of charge
